He always takes his time and explains things to us. He is never in a hurry. But when we need him, he is here instantly. He is very professional and good at his job. He was out here the other day to get our furnace tuned up for winter, and our air conditioner wasn't working. After he got through in the basement with the furnace, he came up and told me he knew what was wrong with our air conditioning unit. A rodent had chewed about 18 inches of the wiring off.
