“The quality of workmanship keeps me calling Wolverine Heating & Cooling. Dan has done five or six projects at my home and I have been very pleased with each one. I would tell anyone to call Dan at Wolverine Heating & Cooling for any work they need done on their HVAC system. He gives me a fair price and he gets the work done quickly. He does not have to come three or four times to get one job done. I am so glad he got the furnace working again because the weather has been so cold here.”

“We've used Wolverine Heating & Cooling for years. We bought our original furnace from Wolverine. They keep our furnace in fine shape. I don't really tell him what to do as we have had a maintenance contract with them. We sold our house, so we won't be able to use Wolverine anymore, but I encouraged the people who bought our home to continue to use Wolverine Heating & Cooling. I was friends with the old owners and when Dan took over in Grand Haven I followed. I have stayed with them all these years because their customer service is excellent and their pricing is very fair. I called upon them recently to come to check my furnace. The technician who came out was prompt, polite and professional. He kept a radio with him to work but had it so low I couldn't hear it. He was respectful of my home. He assessed the unit then explained to me what he found with his assessment and answered the questions that I had for him. “For quite a few years now we have been using Wolverine Heating & Cooling. We keep coming back to them because they have provided excellent quality service and have even helped us out on weekends. They seem to be very fair as far as pricing goes especially since they do offer the best quality of workmanship and customer service. I feel that it is true that you wind up getting what you pay for, so they are well worth every penny. Just recently, we had them come out to handle their seasonal checkup. They restarted and repaired the humidifier on the furnace. That turned out just fine. We have never once had a problem using them. The technicians are always courteous and timely. “Wolverine Heating & Cooling has always done a good job for us. This was not our first time using them. We have continued to use them because their customer service is good and they have reasonable pricing. I called to have them come to check on the furnace for us. They replaced ours a while back and I wanted them to come to check it recently since it had been acting up. The technician was prompt, polite and professional. He was able to quickly and efficiently assess the problem with the furnace. He had to come back a few times, he was unable at first to figure out what the problem was. Once he did, he took the time to tell me what his findings were and what he could do to fix it. He also took the time to answer the questions I had. He was able to then fix it quickly. Although their pricing is reasonable I would like for them to offer the choice of paper billing versus email billing. They had automatically set me up for email billing and at the time my printer was broken so I could not print out the bill. I had to call in and ask for a paper statement which Dan was able to send out right away. I just still prefer paper billing rather than emails. So, if you need work done on your heating or air conditioning units and you want reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable technicians then have no hesitation about calling Wolverine Heating & Cooling. I have been pleased with them and I think you will be too!”

“Wolverine Heating & Cooling recently came out to my home for the first time. Initially, the technician was could not figure out what the issue was exactly. The air conditioning unit was working but nothing blowing out. The furnace was working fine. The technician decided to reset the unit which would be the simplest thing to do. “I'm a happy customer of Wolverine Heating & Cooling. They installed a new air conditioner and heating unit in my crawlspace. Dave installed it in a good looking way in a tricky space. He did a very good job. It looks very professional and expert. I often choose bids that have the lowest price and end up regretting those decisions. This time, I chose Wolverine Heating & Cooling not based on price but based on their professionalism. So I paid a little bit more but it was well worth it. I got an honest installation at a fair price. it hasn't been cold enough to use the heat yet but I'm confident the new energy-efficient system will work as well as if not better than my thirty-year-old system did. In the meantime, I am enjoying the air conditioning!”

I highly recommend them to everyone. On the Fourth of July when we had a major heatwave, of course, my air conditioning unit broke down. It had no air! I could not believe that I called Wolverine Heating & Cooling and the technician came right out that very day and repaired the air conditioning unit for me and got everything up and running perfectly. Now, I do think that their pricing is a little bit high. Although, I feel that they are well worth paying the extra price in order to get excellent quality service that they provide. “I have been doing business with Wolverine Heating & Cooling for over ten years and they are a great company! The owner, Dan, is as much a personal friend now as a service tech. He always takes his time and explains things to us. He is never in a hurry. But when we need him, he is here instantly. He is very professional and good at his job. He was out here the other day to get our furnace tuned up for winter, and our air conditioner wasn't working. After he got through in the basement with the furnace, he came up and told me he knew what was wrong with our air conditioning unit. A rodent had chewed about 18 inches of the wiring off. He showed me the wire. He replaced the wiring and everything is working fine now! Like I said before, they are a great company, and it is great doing business with them!”

“I called Wolverine Heating & Cooling to come out to my daughter's house because the pilot light on her furnace was really low. The technician put a meter on the furnace and checked out everything electrical. He found out that the problem was caused by a spider building a nest in there. Once he cleaned it out, the pilot light got a lot higher and everything worked fine. He was knowledgeable and professional and he did a very good job. I have used this company before and I recommended them to my daughter. I would definitely use them again.”

“I have been doing business with Wolverine Heating & Cooling for quite some time. They just came out and did a seasonal checkup on the furnace. I have them do that on a regular basis and generally have not had any problems in between Spring and Fall. I highly recommend joining their annual program. My furnace is about twenty years old and is still operating okay. You do not want to have to replace it until it breaks. Wolverine Heating & Cooling keeps the system running at about ninety-percent efficiency. Today, most new furnaces can get about ninety-five to one hundred percent efficiency. So mine is doing pretty good! The technicians are always very personable and do a fine job. They do not dilly-dally around. They do what has to be done and go on their way. Generally, I am usually there and the techs can answer all of my questions or concerns. Last year we had quite a humid winter. I did not think that the system was working very well and it was dry most of the time. I checked it out and it still had water in the humidifier and was working fine. You should set it around seventy percent if the humidity is around forty-five to fifty percent. The company's prices seem to be competitive compared to everything that I see advertised on television or wherever. As far as I am concerned, Wolverine Heating & Cooling has always been fair-priced for what I have to have done. I have already been recommending them to people and definitely will continue using them since I am very satisfied.”

“Wolverine Heating & Cooling repaired our furnace for us, and to be truthful, we have not used it much since then. Nowadays, we mostly use our pellet stove for heating, and keep the furnace for a backup. But Wolverine does good work, and I am sure it will be there working for us if and when we need it. The tech was a very nice person and he seemed to know exactly what he was doing. So, we were satisfied with them!”
